About the Program

The Zero Harm Safety Leadership Program is a six-module, virtual experience created specifically for supervisors and managers in the metals industry.

Cohorts of 10-15 leaders engage in interactive workshops where they gain skills to move beyond checklists and compliance – and create a culture where safety is owned, lived, and reinforced at every level.

Recognize what a great safety culture looks like and understand their part in achieving “great”.
