About the Program
The UpVantage Safety Leadership Program™ is a six-module, virtual experience created specifically for supervisors and managers in the metals industry.
Cohorts of 10-15 leaders engage in interactive workshops where they gain skills to move beyond checklists and compliance – and create a culture where safety is owned, lived, and reinforced at every level.
