As a transformational leader with over 35 years of operations experience, Steve works with organizations across North America, helping to bridge gaps in today’s multi-generational workforce.

Steve has a mechanical engineering background with vast experience in both manufacturing operations and construction technology. He is recognized for the development and implementation of effective safety management systems within many local, regional, and national firms. He is also a former OSHA outreach trainer.

A lifelong learner, Steve conducted his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois Chicago and completed further study at both the National Safety Council and the Construction Safety Council.
